RESTOCKING FEE
Orders or items refused for any reason (other than shipping damage) upon arrival or returned from Dealer’s stock must be in first quality, unused, re-saleable condition (as determined by product manufacturer) and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of original receipt. Any non-warranty returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY
All product returns must be pre-authorized. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) for first quality, new condition products (within 30 days of original receipt). A copy of the RMA must accompany returned merchandise. Defective items will be handled in accordance with product manufacturer warranty relating to each individual product.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
